Target to Hit
Hit Identification – mRNA Display
(from library to hit analysis)
mRNA display stands out as the top method for screening peptide binders. Within the ultra-high throughput mRNA display library, every molecule utilized for screening comprises a nucleic acid genotype covalently linked to the translated or displayed peptide phenotype, giving rise to the term "mRNA display". Following a dedicated screening process, molecules that tightly bind to target proteins or exhibit specific functions can be efficiently and precisely identified from the library. These findings are then applied in drug development, biological research, and various other fields.
